The most important category, when it comes to the selection process, is Innovation. Spire Assist are always looking for ways to innovate and grow our offering, so that we can do the greatest amount of good for the young people we support. Winning an award at the Corporate Livewire Innovation & Excellence Awards is a significant achievement for any organisation or individual. It is not only a recognition of our hard work and dedication but also a validation of our efforts to create positive change in our industry. We'll take it as a pat on the back, but we'll also take it as encouragement to carry on working hard to enrich people's lives!
Excellence
The judging panel pay close attention to the way that potential winners deal with customers and service users. Luckily for us, that's where we take the most pride in our work! Everything we do is done with the happiness, fulfillment and satisfaction of those we care for at the front of our minds. If we aren't serving with our users' best interests in mind, then what's the point? We're here for them and this award is a great indicator that we're doing an excellent job. We're not really ones to blow our own trumpet, so it's nice to have someone else do it for us!
